It is most often used by irrigation contractors.

Its EZSwap pressure vessel is removable for easy access and is made of durable, UV resistant reinforced nylon that resists corrosion and mineral build-up. Zurn says it saves 15 minutes in repair and rebuild time and makes line flushing and winterization straightforward, with a flush tool for easy line flushing. Minimal bronze construction acts as a theft deterrent, and the assembly shares the functions of the 975XL2 model for use in highly corrosive water. It is low-lead law compliant, ASSE 1013 listed, IAPMO listed, CSA B64.4 certified, AWWA C511 compliant and approved by the USC Foundation for Cross Connection Control and Hydraulic Research.

Before ordering, confirm the 2" line size, that the system stays within 175 psi and 140°F, and whether the assembly will be mounted vertically or horizontally. The installation guide and spec sheet give dimensions and clearances.

Specifications

Brand: Zurn Wilkins

Manufacturer Part #: 2-375XL

Series: 375XL

Type: Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Preventer

Size: 2"

Material: Stainless Steel, Reinforced Nylon

Maximum Working Water Pressure: 175 psi

Maximum Working Water Temperature: 140°F

Mounting: Vertical, Horizontal

Length: 16"

Width: 6.25"

Height: 9.5"

Approvals: ASSE 1013; IAPMO; CSA B64.4; AWWA C511; USC FCCCHR

UPC: 612052071664

Category: Backflow Preventers

Documents

General Assets (PDF)

Installation Guide (PDF)

Spec Sheet (PDF)

Warranty (PDF)

See also: all Zurn Wilkins products.

https://www.thehousesupplier.com/products/zurn-wilkins-2-375xl-2-375xl-reduced-pressure-principle-backflow-preventer
