Zoeller pumps and pump accessories: sewage and effluent pumps, sump pumps, drain and condensate pumps, plus check valves, float switches, alarms and alternators.
Zoeller builds cast iron pump housings rather than thermoplastic across most of its range, which is the reason the brand is specified where a failure is expensive — cast iron sheds heat into the surrounding water and lets the motor run cooler and longer under load.
More than half of what we stock from Zoeller is not pumps but the control side: check valves, float and pressure switches, high-water alarms and duplex alternators. The alternator is worth understanding — in a two-pump station it swaps which pump starts first on each cycle, so both wear evenly and neither seizes from sitting idle.
Most units here are 115V, drawing 2.3 to 15 amps. Discharge is largely 1-1/2" and 2" FIP, with rubber coupling, solvent weld and compression connections on the accessories.
A high-water alarm is the cheapest insurance in a sewage basin: it reports the failure before the floor does.
