Equipment you can see and control from a phone. Everything here connects over Wi-Fi, RedLINK or an app — nothing on this page is a conventional control with a knob.
Thermostats. The T6 Pro Smart, T10 Pro Smart, Wi-Fi VisionPRO 8000, WiFi 9000 and Prestige IAQ run over Wi-Fi. RedLINK is Resideo's own wireless link between a thermostat and its sensors, equipment modules and outdoor sensors — it does not need the house network, which is why it still works when the router is down. A Wi-Fi thermostat almost always needs a C-wire; the WireSaver adapter supplies one where the old wiring has none.
Water leak detection and shutoff. The L1 detector alarms on water and freezing and sends the alert to a phone. The L5 goes further: a motorized ball valve, 1/2" through 1-1/4" NPT, that closes the supply automatically when the sensor gets wet. The Taco LEAKBREAKER eLink does the same job at the water heater. A detector tells you the house is flooding; a shutoff valve stops it.
Equipment Wi-Fi kits. Navien NaviLink, Rheem EcoNet and Bosch NetHome Plus are the manufacturer's own modules for putting a tankless heater, a water heater or a heat pump on the network. They are equipment-specific — a NaviLink does not control a Rheem.
