Dual mount means the sink can be installed either way: dropped into the counter with the rim showing, or mounted underneath for a flush edge. That flexibility matters most on a renovation, where the counter material is already decided and the fabricator's preference or the existing cut-out decides the method.
Blanco's Silgranit material is a granite composite rather than stainless or fireclay. It is harder than the counter it sits in, resists heat and scratching, and does not show water spots the way stainless does — and the color runs through the material, so a chip does not expose a different substrate underneath.
Confirm three dimensions before ordering: the bowl footprint, the cut-out required, and the minimum cabinet width. A 33" sink will not fit a 30" base, and undermount installation needs the cabinet to carry the sink weight plus water.

What is Blanco Silgranit?
Silgranit is Blanco's granite composite sink material. It is made in solid colors that run through the whole sink, so the color does not wear off the surface.
Does the cut-out change between drop-in and undermount?
Yes. Each installation method has its own cut-out, so follow the manufacturer's template for the method you choose before the counter is cut.
