Description
BrassCraft TWV3SR is a tankless water heater service valve kit with a 3/4 in. nominal sweat x 3/4 in. IPS tankless service valve and a 200 kBtu/hr pressure relief valve.
The valves connect directly to the cold water inlet and hot water outlet of the tankless water heater and are used for appliance maintenance and emergency shut-off. The kit has a forged brass body, an integrated drain valve (3/4 in. male hose thread) and a pressure-relief port (3/4 in. FIP), which reduce the number of components and connections needed. It is approved for indoor and outdoor use with a temperature rating of 40° to 180°F and a service valve pressure rating of 125 PSI maximum.
Check the sweat and IPS sizes against your piping and the heater connections, and confirm that the 200 kBtu/hr relief rating suits the appliance and local code.
