Description
OS&B ITD35 is an ABS Island Tub Drain, a testable rough-in drain for freestanding tubs.
The drain lets you define the freestanding tub location at rough-in and allows the tub to be installed over a finished floor. It is designed for an 8 in. joist space with a 1-1/2 in. outlet, or a 10 in. joist space where a 2 in. outlet is recommended, and it includes a snap-off test cap.
Check your joist depth and tub drain outlet size before ordering. The listing warns that hot mop liquid must not contact any surface of the drain, and that it does not provide drainage for wet floors, so keep water away from the drain in wet room applications.
