Rheem PRO+G29-60N-RH70-ID 29 Gallon 60,000 Btu/h Professional Classic Plus® Induced Draft Natural Gas Water Heater

Rheem PRO+G29-60N-RH70-ID is a 29 gallon, 60,000 Btu/h Professional Classic Plus® induced draft natural gas water heater.

This 29-gallon natural gas tank water heater is rated 60,000 Btu/h and uses an induced draft vent system with a 110 VAC draft inducer, which the manufacturer lists with an 8-foot cord and 3-prong plug. The vent is a Category I, double-wall B-vent, 3" or 4" with a 4" adaptor included.

Gas water heaters need a proper vent, combustion air and a gas line sized for the input, and natural gas and propane models are not interchangeable, so confirm the fuel type before ordering. Check the tank height and diameter against the space, line up the hot and cold connections with the existing piping, and have the installation follow the manufacturer's manual and local code. The draft inducer needs a nearby 120 V outlet.
