THS Pro is The House Supplier's trade program for plumbers, HVAC technicians, contractors, property managers and facility teams. Approved accounts get trade pricing on eligible brands, quotes for bigger orders and help from people who know plumbing and HVAC parts.

- Quotes for bulk and job-site orders: send us part numbers and quantities and we reply with a quote you can pay online.

To approve your account we ask for your company name and a license number, EIN or resale certificate. Schools and government buyers can use a purchase order or a district letter.
How it works
- Apply. Fill in the form below with your business details. Use the same email address you will use to sign in at checkout.
- Get approved. We review every application by hand and reply by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
- Sign in and order. Sign in with your approved email and your trade pricing is applied automatically in your cart on eligible products.

Is there a fee to join?
No. Opening a THS Pro trade account is free.
How does trade pricing work?
Once your account is approved, sign in with the same email and your trade discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout. Product pages show our regular prices. Pricing on some brands is limited by manufacturer policies, so those items are not discounted.
Can I buy tax-exempt?
Yes. Choose "Yes" for tax exempt on the form and email your resale or exemption certificate to info@thehousesupplier.com. Once it is on file, sign in at checkout and tax will not be charged.
Can I get a quote for a large order?
Yes. Use "Request a quote" on any product page or in your cart, or send part numbers and quantities through our contact page. We reply by email with a quote and a secure checkout link.
Can I order products that aren't in stock?
Items that are not in stock are special order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks. The expected lead time is shown on each product page.
What is your return policy for trade orders?
Trade orders follow our standard return policy: 30 days to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Special-order items can't be returned.
