PEX Crimp Tools

A PEX crimp tool compresses a copper crimp ring or a stainless steel sleeve around PEX tubing and an insert fitting to make a permanent, watertight joint. This collection brings together the crimp tools and crimp jaws we carry, so you can match the tool to the connection system on your job.

For contractors already running Milwaukee M18 press equipment, we stock the M18 Short Throw Press Tool Kit with PEX crimp jaws, a 1/2" PEX crimp jaw for the Short Throw tool, and a 2" PEX-crimp press jaw for M18 FORCE LOGIC press tools. For smaller jobs and repairs, the MrPEX manual press tool is made for 1" stainless steel sleeves on F1807 and F2159 fittings. When a joint has to be redone, the Mill Rose PEX crimp ring removal tool helps you take the old ring off.

Before you buy, confirm the tubing size, whether your fittings use copper crimp rings or stainless sleeves, and which jaws your tool accepts. Check every finished crimp with the gauge recommended by the ring or fitting manufacturer.

Shop the matching PEX crimp fittings (F1807) and PEX tubing, browse all PEX tools, or compare PEX expansion tools if you work with F1960 expansion fittings.
