Navien Parts

Navien replacement parts and accessories for tankless water heaters, combi-boilers and boilers. Complete units are not included here. The range covers concentric vent terminations, elbows, extensions, wall flanges and roof flashing, series parts kits, Ready-Link racks and primary manifolds, NaviLink Wi-Fi control, outdoor and temperature sensors, cascade cables, switching relays, the NaviClean magnetic filter and PeakFlow anti-scale systems.

Most of these parts are model-specific, and some are specific to a serial range. Navien revises components without changing the appliance name, so order from the data plate rather than from the model family. A vent kit for an NPE is not an NCB kit.

Venting accounts for many service calls. A concentric vent carries intake and exhaust in one pipe, so one damaged termination or cracked flange takes the unit out of service. Terminations have code and manufacturer clearances from windows, doors, soffits and property lines. A replacement in the same hole may no longer comply if the building has changed, and reusing an old gasket in a concentric joint is a common source of condensate leaks.

For complete units, see all Navien products and gas tankless water heaters. Parts for other tankless brands are in tankless repair parts.
