Before You Reach Out
These answer most questions right away.
Where is my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, you can also check status under My Account. Still not sure? Email us your order number and we’ll track it down.
I need to cancel or change my order
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I return an item?
Email us with your order number and the item you’d like to return to start the process. We’ll issue a return authorization and confirm the correct return address for your item. Please review our Return & Refund Policy first — some items, including clearance and special-order products, are marked final sale.
Which part do I need?
Send us the manufacturer part number, model number, or a photo of the existing part, and we’ll help you find the right match from our catalog of professional plumbing and HVAC brands.
Do you handle large or contractor orders?
Yes. If you need bulk quantities or a quote for a project, email us with the part numbers and quantities and we’ll get back to you with pricing and availability.
Send us a message using the form below — include your order number if your question is about an existing order, and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
