Viega 77057 is a 1" ProPress 90 deg elbow (street), P x FTG(CTS) (P = press end for copper tube; FTG(CTS) = fitting-size end (copper tube size), slides into another fitting).

A street elbow has one fitting-size end, so it goes straight into another fitting without a separate piece of tube, which makes the turn tighter and saves a joint.

Viega ProPress joins copper tube with a press tool and ProPress jaw: no flame, no solder and no hot-work permit. The EPDM sealing element is factory installed, and Viega's Smart Connect design lets an unpressed fitting show itself during the pressure test. ProPress is approved for hot and cold potable water, hydronic heating with glycol, chilled water, compressed air and non-medical gases.
