Gruvlok 768G-400-PNTD is a 4" grooved-end wye strainer with a painted finish, with grooved ends on both sides.

A wye strainer catches scale, debris and other solids ahead of pumps, control valves and coils. Its grooved ends connect directly to grooved pipe with standard couplings; leave access to the screen cap for cleaning.

The painted finish suits grooved steel pipe in mechanical rooms, HVAC and fire protection systems. Use it with other Gruvlok grooved components and a gasket grade suited to your system fluid and temperature. Always follow Gruvlok installation instructions for pipe preparation and bolt torque.
