Description
Charlotte Pipe PVC-00116-1400 is a 6" PVC DWV cap, Socket (Socket = socket (takes the pipe)).
A cap closes off the end of a line, for a future connection or to hold pressure during a test.
Charlotte PVC DWV fittings are made to ASTM D2665 with drainage patterns to ASTM D3311, and listed to NSF 14. They are for non-pressure sanitary drain, waste and vent, sewer and storm drainage at up to 140°F, joined to Schedule 40 PVC or cellular core pipe with primer and PVC solvent cement. DWV fittings have no pressure rating and do not belong on a water supply line.
