Description
BrassCraft 64-10X is a 5/8 in. compression tee in rough brass, a fitting designed for joining existing metal and PVC pipes or tubes.
It is machined from brass and is used primarily for pipe repairs, to tap a new pipe or tube into an existing one. The connection does not require flaring, soldering or other tube preparation, and the fitting is for indoor use with a working pressure of 200 psi and a temperature rating of -65° to 250°F at maximum operating pressures.
It is designed for use with aluminum and copper tubing and is not recommended for steel tubing. Plastic and PEX tubing installations require sleeves or inserts, so check the installation instructions for the exact requirements before ordering.
