Caleffi 521358A TubMixer Anti-Scald 3-Way Thermostatic Mixing Valve 3/4" PEX Expansion, ASSE 1070

The Caleffi 521358A TubMixer is a 3-way thermostatic mixing valve with 3/4" PEX expansion (F1960) connections. It mixes hot and cold water to supply tempered water to a fixture and help prevent scalding.

TubMixer is designed for point-of-use scald protection at tubs, showers and lavatories, and is certified to ASSE 1070. It installs close to the fixture so tempered water is delivered where it is used; see the technical data sheet for flow capacity and temperature ratings.

Before ordering, confirm the 3/4" PEX expansion (F1960) connections match your piping. ASSE 1070 valves are point-of-use devices; check local code for where they are required.
