Oatey 31275 is a 12 in. Gallon Can Roller Applicator.

It is a roller applicator for gallon cans, used to apply primer or cement on larger diameter pipe where a standard dauber is too small.

Choose an applicator that is about half the pipe diameter so primer and cement can be applied quickly and evenly. Keep containers closed between uses to prevent the contents from thickening, and replace worn or hardened applicators. Using the right applicator helps get full coverage on the pipe and in the socket, which is important for a sound solvent-welded joint.
