Grohe 35015001 is a GrohSafe universal pressure balance rough-in valve.

It is the in-wall valve of a Grohe shower or tub/shower installation: it is installed during rough-in and later covered with a matching pressure balance trim.

What's included

Pressure balance cartridge (Grohe Blue Core) - pre-installed in the valve body, so no separate cartridge is needed.
Metal support bracket
Plug for 3-port installation

The replacement cartridge for this valve, if ever needed, is the Grohe 47678000 pressure balance cartridge.

Trim (sold separately)

The handle and escutcheon are not included. The 35015001 is a GrohSafe 2.0 valve. To finish it with a current Grohe pressure balance trim such as the Grohe 14468000 Concetto pressure balance trim, add the Grohe 14140000 adaptor kit, which Grohe makes to fit GrohSafe 3.0 trims onto the 35015001, 35064001, 35065001 and 35066001 rough-in valves.
