Bemis

Bemis products here are toilet seats for residential and commercial fixtures. Samples include Affinity, Ashland, STA-TITE and Top-Tite seats in round and elongated shapes, and closed front and open front commercial styles with self-sustaining or non-self-sustaining check hinges, in white plastic, black plastic and enameled wood.

Measure the bowl from the bolt holes to the front rim: about 16-1/2" for round and 18-1/2" for elongated. Open front seats are common in commercial restrooms and required by some codes, and self-sustaining hinges hold the seat in a raised position.

Commercial models include STA-TITE open front seats such as the 1955CT, 1955SSCT, 1655CT and 955CT, the 9400SSCT and 2155CT heavy duty seats, and the Medic-Aid 2L2155T. Residential models include the Affinity 200E4 and 1200E4, the Ashland 1600E4 and the 500EC and 1500EC enameled wood seats.
