Merrill

This collection features Merrill Manufacturing lead free insert fittings for polyethylene pipe. It includes brass insert x sweat adapters, insert x female and insert x male adapters, and brass and bronze insert couplings in sizes from 1/2 in. to 2 in.

Insert fittings are pushed into the pipe and secured with stainless steel clamps, so match the fitting size to the pipe inside diameter and use the correct clamps. Choose the end connection for the transition you need: sweat for copper, FIP or MIP for threaded parts, and confirm lead free status for drinking water lines.
