Prefabricated near-boiler manifolds, mounting racks and stands for hydronic installations.
Near-boiler piping is where most hydronic systems are won or lost, and it is the part most often improvised on site. A prefab manifold arrives with the primary loop, the closely spaced tees, the circulator flanges and the purge valves already assembled and pressure tested, which removes both the labor and the chance of getting the hydraulic separation wrong.
Closely spaced tees matter more than they look. They decouple the boiler loop from the system loop so the two circulators do not fight each other; spaced too far apart, the loops interact and the boiler either short-cycles or never reaches temperature.
Racks and stands carry the appliance weight off the wall or floor and set the service clearances the manufacturer requires. Most units here are manufacturer-specific, so confirm the boiler model.
