Pasco 2904 is a 1-1/2" IPS galvanized compression coupling, short pattern.

A compression coupling joins two plain-end pipes by tightening nuts that squeeze gaskets against the pipe, so it can be installed without threading, soldering or special tools. It is commonly used to repair or extend galvanized water lines without threading the pipe. Cut the pipe ends square, clean them and confirm the outside diameter matches the coupling before installing.
