Sioux Chief 640PX12 is a 1/2" PEX F2159 plug in poly (plastic).

It caps the end of a PEX line, for pressure testing or for a branch that will be finished later. F2159 poly fittings are plastic insert fittings that join to SDR9 PEX tube with a copper crimp ring or a stainless V-Sleeve and the matching tool.

Match the connection standard (F1807 crimp, F1960 expansion or F2159 poly crimp) to the PEX tube, rings and tools already on the job before ordering.
