Gerber D481027 is a 15" right angle showerarm with escutcheon, finished in chrome.

A shower arm carries water from the drop-ear elbow in the wall to the showerhead and sets how far out the head sits. The escutcheon covers the opening in the finished surface.

Check the thread connection to the showerhead and the wall or ceiling fitting, and match the finish to the rest of the shower trim.
