Sioux Chief 687-3RWW is a ServiceBox pressure reducing valve box with 3/4" PEX F1960 x 3/4" PEX F1960 connections.
The ServiceBox puts the water service pressure reducing valve in a recessed ABS wall box. The fully adjustable PRV complies with ASSE 1003 and is factory set to 60 psi; a PVC jumper is installed for rough-in, and the union connection makes the valve easy to repair or replace. This model has no drain port.
The box mounts to a stud or between studs, and the included debris covers protect it from dust, mud and paint during construction. Sioux Chief states all models can be used in fire-rated walls.
