Viega 79640 is a 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" ProPress 90 deg elbow (vent), P x P x FPT (P = press end for copper tube; FPT = female pipe thread).

A 90° elbow turns the line a quarter turn.

Viega ProPress joins copper tube with a press tool and ProPress jaw: no flame, no solder and no hot-work permit. The EPDM sealing element is factory installed, and Viega's Smart Connect design lets an unpressed fitting show itself during the pressure test. ProPress is approved for hot and cold potable water, hydronic heating with glycol, chilled water, compressed air and non-medical gases.
