Pasco 1840-C is a 3" stainless steel cleanout cover plate, plate only.

It is the plate alone, for replacing a damaged or missing cover where the existing bolt is reused. Cleanout cover plates finish off a wall or floor cleanout opening, hiding the cleanout plug while leaving it accessible for drain maintenance.
