Milwaukee 49-56-0217 is a 4-1/8" HOLE DOZER bi-metal hole saw.

Bi-metal hole saws cut wood, metal and plastic, making this 4-1/8" saw useful for pipe and conduit penetrations, fixture and box openings, and holes through framing, sheet metal and cabinets.

The saw mounts on a large-thread arbor (hole saws 1-1/4" and larger), which is sold separately along with the pilot bit. Check the hole size against the pipe or fitting outside diameter, run slower in metal, use cutting oil in steel, and clear the plug between holes.
