Pasco 1857-T is a 4" brass clean out plug (countersunk, tapped).

It threads into a 4" cleanout fitting to seal the access opening on a drain, waste or sewer line, and can be removed later so the line can be inspected or rodded. The brass body holds up to repeated removal better than plastic plugs. The countersunk head sits low in the fitting, which suits floor and finished-wall cleanouts. The tapped version has a threaded hole in the plug. Match the plug size and thread to the cleanout body before ordering; this listing is the 4" size.
