Description
American Standard M970789-0070A is a Flash® 2-way/3-way shared diverter with a 1/2 in. NPT connection.
A diverter lets one valve send water to more than one outlet, such as a shower head and a hand shower or body spray. This one is listed as compatible with the RU520, RU521 and RU531 pressure balance valves and has shared functionality.
Confirm that your valve is one of the RU520, RU521 or RU531 models before ordering, and shut off the water supply before starting the repair.
