Delta RP61 is a replacement cam assembly for Delta single-handle lever faucets.

The cam sits over the ball in a Delta ball-type faucet, sealing the top of the ball and guiding its movement. Delta supplies the cam and packing as one piece. A leak from under the handle is a common sign that the cam needs replacing.

It is often replaced together with seats and springs and the adjusting ring during a rebuild. Shut off the supply stops before removing the handle and cap.
