Delta RP46078 is a pressure test cap for a Delta shower valve rough-in.

During rough-in, the test cap is installed in the valve body in place of the cartridge so the supply connections can be pressure tested for leaks and the lines flushed before the cartridge goes in. It protects the valve seats from debris while the walls are open.

Remove the cap and install the cartridge and trim once testing is complete. Confirm it matches your Delta valve body before ordering.
