Moen T2471 is the Genta LX 1-Handle Posi-Temp Valve Trim Kit in Chrome.

This Genta LX valve trim covers the shower valve with its handle and escutcheon plate. A valve trim is the usual choice when the showerhead, tub spout or other outlets are being chosen separately, or when refreshing the look of an existing valve without opening the wall.

Posi-Temp is Moen's pressure-balancing valve system, which helps hold water temperature steady when pressure changes elsewhere in the house. This trim is made for a Moen Posi-Temp rough-in valve. The rough-in valve is sold separately. When choosing, confirm the valve already installed and match the Chrome finish to the other fixtures in the room.
