Moen 4792 is an M-Pact 2-handle, 3-hole Roman tub adjustable rough-in valve with 1/2 in. CC connections.
A Roman tub valve is the rough-in body that sits under the tub deck and feeds a deck-mounted tub filler. It is installed at rough-in, and the 2-handle, 3-hole M-PACT Roman tub trim (spout and handles) is chosen and ordered separately, so confirm the trim is listed for this valve.
Adjustable centers let the handle and spout spacing be set to suit the tub deck; check the adjustment range on Moen's specification sheet before drilling the deck. The 1/2 in. CC (copper sweat) connections should match the supply piping and fittings used on the job.
