Oatey® 39012 1-1/2 in. NPT Black ABS In-Line Air Admittance Vent

Oatey 39012 is a 1-1/2 in. NPT Black ABS In-Line Air Admittance Vent.

It is an air admittance valve that lets air into the drain system to protect trap seals when a conventional vent through the roof is impractical, and closes to keep sewer gases out.

Choose the valve by pipe size, connection and the DFU rating listed for the branch or stack. Install it above the trap weir in an accessible, ventilated location, and confirm that local code allows air admittance valves.
