Milwaukee Tools 48-25-1122 Selfeed Bit 1-1/8"

Milwaukee 48-25-1122 is a 1-1/8" Selfeed bit for boring large-diameter holes through wood framing.

Selfeed bits use a threaded feed screw that pulls the cutter through studs, joists and plates, so plumbers and electricians can bore clean holes for pipe, drain lines, conduit and cable runs. They are typically run at low speed in a heavy-duty or right-angle drill with a side handle.

Pick the 1-1/8" size to match the outside diameter of the pipe or fitting passing through, plus clearance for insulation or expansion, and check local framing rules for maximum hole size. Extensions add reach through multiple plates.
