Zilmet

The Zilmet collection covers expansion tanks for hydronic heating and domestic hot water. It includes ZHT hydronic expansion tanks in 2.1, 4.8 and 6.3 gallon sizes, ZFT rectangular expansion tanks for compact spaces and the ZEP1 thermal expansion tank designed for tankless water heaters with small system volumes.

Choose a hydronic tank for closed heating loops and a potable-rated tank for water heaters. Size the tank by system water volume, maximum temperature and fill pressure, and set the tank pre-charge to match system pressure before installation. Rectangular tanks can help where wall space is limited.
