Viega 26026 is a 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" MegaPressG coupling (street reducer), FTG(IPS) x P (FTG(IPS) = fitting-size end (iron pipe size), slides into another fitting; P = press end for IPS steel pipe).

A street reducer has one fitting-size end, so it steps the size down directly inside another fitting without a separate piece of pipe.

Viega MegaPressG is the gas version of MegaPress: a yellow HNBR sealing element and a stainless steel grip ring, listed to ANSI LC 4a / CSA 6.32a for natural gas and propane at up to 125 psi. It presses onto Schedule 10 to 40 steel pipe with a standard press tool and MegaPress jaw, which removes threading and thread sealant from gas piping.
