Mueller Streamline PF 01471 1-1/4" Copper Press Fittings - Fitting Male Adapter Ftg x MPT

Mueller Streamline PF 01471 is a 1-1/4" fitting male adapter for copper tube, FTG x MPT (FTG = fitting-size end (slides into another fitting's socket), MPT = male pipe thread).

An adapter changes the connection type to a male pipe thread.

Streamline PRS copper press fittings make a permanent joint with a press tool and the matching copper jaw, with no flame and no solder. They are listed to ASME B16.51 and certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 for drinking water, and are used on potable water, hydronic heating with glycol, chilled water and compressed air. The tube has to be cut square, deburred and fully inserted to the depth mark before pressing.
