Sioux Chief 928-2 is a 1/2" CTS Dry Seal pipe collar.

Escutcheons and flanges cover the hole where a supply pipe comes out of the wall or floor, giving a neat finish behind stop valves at sinks, toilets and appliances. CTS (copper tube size) fits copper and PEX tubing; IPS (iron pipe size) fits threaded steel or brass pipe, which has a larger outside diameter.

This Dry Seal pipe collar fits 1/2" CTS pipe where it passes through the wall, covering the opening around the pipe. Measure the pipe outside diameter or confirm CTS versus IPS before ordering.
