Viega 28615 is a 2-1/2" MegaPressG 90 deg elbow (street), P x FTG(IPS) (P = press end for IPS steel pipe; FTG(IPS) = fitting-size end (iron pipe size), slides into another fitting).

A street elbow has one fitting-size end, so it goes straight into another fitting without a separate piece of tube, which makes the turn tighter and saves a joint.

Viega MegaPressG is the gas version of MegaPress: a yellow HNBR sealing element and a stainless steel grip ring, listed to ANSI LC 4a / CSA 6.32a for natural gas and propane at up to 125 psi. It presses onto Schedule 10 to 40 steel pipe with a standard press tool and MegaPress jaw, which removes threading and thread sealant from gas piping.
