Mueller Streamline CP01146 3/4" Carbon Steel Press Fittings - Mechanical - Male Adapter P x MPT

Mueller Streamline CP01146 is a 3/4" male adapter in carbon steel, P x MPT (P = press socket, MPT = male pipe thread).

An adapter makes the change from press to a male pipe thread, for a valve, fixture connection or threaded equipment.

Streamline STL carbon steel press fittings, with an EPDM sealing element, are for mechanical and fire sprinkler piping on Schedule 10 to 40 carbon steel pipe: hydronic heating, chilled water and similar closed systems. They are UL and FM listed and rated to 200 psi CWP. For fuel gas use the STL-G gas fittings instead.
