Mueller Streamline 511-308 3" x 2" - Galvanized Reducing Coupling

Mueller Streamline 511-308 is a 3" x 2" reducing coupling in galvanized malleable iron, FPT (FPT = female pipe thread).

A reducing coupling joins two lines of different sizes in a straight run.

These are Class 150 malleable iron fittings with a hot-dip zinc coating to ASTM A153, which protects the iron where it is exposed to moisture: compressed air, non-potable water, vents and outdoor runs. Threads are tapered NPT and make up with galvanized pipe and nipples. Check the local code before using galvanized on potable water or fuel gas.
