BrassCraft 60-10 is a 5/8" OD Ferrule (Sleeve).

The ferrule (sleeve) is the ring that the compression nut squeezes onto the tube to form the seal, and a new one should be used whenever a joint is remade. BrassCraft compression fittings are sized by the tube outside diameter (O.D.), so measure the tubing O.D. rather than its nominal pipe size. When a joint is rebuilt, use a nut and ferrule of the same O.D. as the fitting. Cut tubing square, deburr it, and check that the fitting size, thread and material suit the fluid and local code before installing.
