Sioux Chief 883-AT is an ABS/DWV knockout closet flange for 3" hub or 4" insert.

A closet flange anchors a floor-mounted toilet and connects its outlet to the drain; the closet bolts slide into the ring. A TKO (total knockout) test cap seals the drain for the rough-in test and is knocked out before the toilet is set.

It fits over 3" pipe as a hub or inside 4" pipe as an insert, and includes a knockout test cap. Check the pipe size and material and how the flange joins the pipe before ordering.
