Sioux Chief 852-4LNR is an adjustable floor cleanout with a 4" MIP ABS connection and a 6" round nickel bronze cover.

An adjustable floor cleanout gives access to the building drain for rodding and camera inspection, with a cover that is set flush with the finished floor. The adjustable top lets the cover be fine-tuned to the floor height after the rough-in.

The MIP (male thread) connection threads into a cleanout fitting on the line. Check the pipe size and connection type against the line, and pick a cover shape and size that suit the floor finish.
