The Caleffi 549597A SEP4 is a 4-in-1 hydraulic separator with 1-1/4" sweat union connections. It separates the primary and secondary circuits of a hydronic system while removing air, dirt and magnetic debris.

SEP4 combines four functions in one body: hydraulic separation between the boiler (primary) and system (secondary) circuits, air elimination, dirt separation, and magnetic capture of ferrous particles. The union connections allow installation and service without additional fittings. It is rated for 150 psi and 210°F, with a steel body.

Before ordering, match the 1-1/4" sweat connections to your piping and size the separator to the system flow rate using the technical data sheet. Insulation and mounting details are covered in the installation manual.
