Milwaukee 49-56-7250 is a large thread pull-back hole saw arbor with a 3/8" shank.

Large thread arbors drive Milwaukee hole saws 1-1/4" and larger, the sizes most often used for pipe, drain and conduit penetrations. The 3/8" shank fits common 3/8" and 1/2" drill chucks.

The pull-back design is intended to make it easier to seat and release the hole saw. Use it with a pilot bit, thread the saw fully onto the arbor, and use a small-thread arbor for saws under 1-1/4".
