Moen A725 is a drop ell in Chrome.

A drop ell is a wall supply elbow that connects a hand shower hose to the water supply behind the finished wall. It is used when a hand shower has its own wall outlet, typically fed from a diverter or a separate valve.

Set the supply fitting at the correct depth before tiling, then connect the hose to the outlet. The Chrome finish should match the hand shower, hose and other trim in the shower.
