Rheem RTG-70XLP-3 is a 160,000 Btu/h RTG Series High Efficiency Non-Condensing Tankless Propane Water Heater for Outdoor Installation.

This RTG Series unit is a non-condensing gas tankless water heater that fires only when hot water is called for, delivering continuous hot water for whole-home use. It is built for outdoor installation and runs on propane. Non-condensing models use venting approved for that category of appliance, so follow the installation manual for vent material and length. Check that the gas line and meter can supply 160,000 Btu/h, and pair it with an isolation valve kit for service flushing.
